American Television writter,producer and sound editor Charles Kenneth Spears is reported dead.He died at the age of 82.
He created the character Scooby -Do ....This particular movie became viral back at the 90s and it was on the lips of many kids back then .He pass out on 6th November 2020 may his gentle soul rest in peace till we meet again.
