The president of Ghana made a speech in the 17th address to the nation that , on 30th October 2020 , Ghana premier league and division 1 team will start training.
The number of people who will be present at the stadium will be determined by the capacity and only 25% of the people will be present at the stadium.
He said there will be no spectators .
